After finishing reading the manual and being proofed and signing a number of documents, I have been assigned my first project in which I create a spreadsheet to record contact information of the Special Education Directors of various districts to notify them of certain abuses by a group they contract with. It mostly requires quick research in which I look through the districts' websites to find the information I need. Some of it can be difficult due to the strange layout and design of the websites and with some I had a hard time navigating it to find the information I needed. Part of what I have been learning is around the importance of communication, compromise, and reaching out to the other side in order to resolve issues through discussion before the pursuit pf litigation
